Will B/RB Wedge heads bolt on to a 426 Hemi block?

No.
Top row of head bolts are not the same pattern.
Some wedge heads may have coolant holes where the hemi block exhaust pushrod relief is.
Also would need to block the corner oil drains in the block.

No. Except the most powerful of the aftermarket heads which are sometimes made to use a hemi block so they can put the ports where they want and it gives what will be a powerful engine a better bottom end block.

Some of the bolts will go in but the engine won't run without extensive modifications.

Since my megablock was clearanced (looks like) for hemi pushrods, maybe the only difference in those bocks may be that upper row of head bolts? I have often wondered if they could be plugged and redrilled and tapped to run hemi heads. The metal is there for the hemi pattern.
