Do the Victor heads require only a Victor intake? Or can any be used?

You use any intake that matches the port size(std or MW) of the heads and deck height of the motor.

I put a factory iron on mine and it fit but was still not low enough to get the factory hood back on so I went back to a Victor 440 on an RB engine.

I just tried with no filter.I used clay to check the gap about 1" and once the rpm's got around 5k it went rich to 10/1 a/f.I ran it 1st without a hood with no trouble.
I could mill the choke horn but I don't want to mess with the tuneup.
