What is the best way to get it out.

Its a 01 town and country 3.3 , its been screaming at me the last two days so I took out the idler and tensioner, only to realize it left the alignment down/pin broken off in the bloke. Its very tight fit, Probably can't get it with a drill, maybe chiseled an angle?

Can you take the right front tire and splash shield off and go in that way? Might give you a straighter shot at it than from above.

The little dowel is aluminum, so i'd say carefully drilling it out would be the best. it's probably corroded in there pretty good.
