Thanks for the reply! So, if I understand you correctly, an early 70 Hemi Cuda would have had the F/G rockers with wheel lip moldings, but from mid-year on, it would have had rocker moldings without W/lip trim? Correct. They stopped putting the lip moldings on when they started rolling the fenders.

They stopped putting the lip moldings on when they started rolling the fenders. The fenders were rolled on the early cars and the front wheel lip moldings had the upper inside portion cut for tire clearance. Instead of performing this custom work they discontinued the moldings.
