Did 1970 Cuda models that had the fish gill lower rocker moldings also come with the bright wheelwell moldings? Or were they seperate options?

Thanks for the reply! So, if I understand you correctly, an early 70 Hemi Cuda would have had the F/G rockers with wheel lip moldings, but from mid-year on, it would have had rocker moldings without W/lip trim?

Correct. They stopped putting the lip moldings on when they started rolling the fenders.

The fenders were rolled on the early cars and the front wheel lip moldings had the upper inside portion cut for tire clearance. Instead of performing this custom work they discontinued the moldings.

1970 HEMI 'cuda fenders (timeline - something like)

early CREATIVE INDUSTRIES "hand rolled" fenders after paint and wheel lip mouldings
next CHRYSLER "stamped" HEMI FENDER with wheel lip mouldings
mid CHRYSLER "stamped" HEMI FENDER and NO wheel lip mouldings
late CHRYSLER "stamped" HEMI FENDER and NO wheel lip mouldings & "HEMI FENDER" tag

original paint HEMI 'cudas exist without rolled lip fenders (hand or stamped) ….. the question is "WHEN" did the factory stamped 'cuda HEMI FENDER arrive "on-the-scene"?
