Will the brakes and or suspension parts interchange from a 73 B-Body to 68 B-Body?

The 68 is Drum brakes the 73 is power disk.

About suspension, just rear shocks.

About brakes, you can use the front spindles and disc brakes setup to convert the 68 onto disc brakes system, but could get some "issues" with spindle height difference due the lates b body frame isolation system added on lates. This "issue" is just about aligment geometry, but physically will work and I think is not a huge issue, but just consider it setting the ride height and aligment job. I think will need to keep an eye on the caliper hose position too with the 68 sway bar since 68 caliper is indexed to front and 73 to rear. Spindles can me swap side to side to save this issue I think.

Normally the disc conversion system used is the 73 and lates A body one which is geometrical the same than earliers.
