i'm with dave on the powermaster stuff. i have not had luck with their products as well, although this has been repairing wiring issues for others.
also, every single one wire alternator i have been around doesn't charge worth a darn below 15-1800 rpm. if you have belt issues, they are even worse.
another thing to think about, is the "start up amps" for your electric cooling system can be quite a bit higher than the running amp draw, causing you to need a higher than 35 amp output on your alternator.
in my opinion [only], a 90 amp denso would be the starting point.
my opinion, your horsepower will vary.

94 geo metro denso alternator might fit your application and budget.

Those have a serpentine pulley and not 1 wire hook up.

it's ok to butt heads, just don't do it with a butthead

i have swapped serpentine pulleys to V belt ones many times.
in my opinion, the three wire hook ups are superior to the single wire units in many ways.
once again, my opinion only.

Have a 90 amp 1 wire on my car.
Had the car completely rewired by a professional last winter.
This past racing season( and i street drive it) i never once had a battery charger on the car. Ever
And i went rounds. And always use the electric water pump and fan between rounds and in the lanes to keep temps the same.
Previous 2 years, before wiring upgrade.... numerous issues, slow crank, etc, etc
All i can say is having wiring in car correct and up to snuff was HUGE upgrade. I wire works spendidly
