I was cleaning out my garage today and came across a bunch of old water, oil and fuel pumps as well as lower ball joints and tie rods. Is there someone who rebuilds this stuff who would take them or should I just put it out with the garbage? There are several people who drive by every week on garbage day looking for scrap metal.

I think those can be rebuilt.(except maybe the oil pumps) Water pumps and fuel pumps for sure. There would be some value in them if the casting date is a desirable year.

I would be interested in the fuel pumps if the rebuildable type... screws holding body together. If sealed type they can't be redone. Send me a note if you still have them.

Someone is redoing crimped/sealed fuel pumps. I read about it in the restoration section. I think Scott Smith had one rebuilt for his Duster.

Edit: Here is the thread that talks about the fuel pump rebuilding.
