Factory black 440 Polara convertible? I don't think the price is out of line as long as the rust isn't too bad.

LOTS of interior mold on seats. Would really question what the bottom of the car looks like. Even when stored indoors, Michigan is NOT kind to cars

This is my 1st thought. BUT then again where you going to find another black on black 440 conv. So I'm not so sure if its in line or not.
That said who ever decides they cant live without it, finding the parts to fix it will be tough.

But that puppy is loaded as loaded can get

350 horse car, but still optioned the way I would want one. Even with the problems I would think the price is fair. I would get it on a lift and checks the floors, though.

no U-code option on 1970 Polaras available.

Very rare.
The V5R red stripe, too.

For someone who is into those it could be a dreamcar and worth the money

I've asked this before, but what is the difference between the 350 horse engine and the "U" code engines again? I looked at engine specs for a 70 440 Cuda and a 70 fury gt, and while the horse power ratings were different, the specs looked the same.

Cam, carburetor, air cleaner, and exhaust manifolds. 350 horse probably also had single exhaust vs. dual.

Just did a very quick check again, per 1970 Plymouth rapid transit and with the specs provided, all were the same. Can't verify the air cleaner comment, but cams, carbs, valves, exhaust, all the same.

Very interesting unique car............I have always had an interest in the hp big cars, ie.....427 Impalas and cars like this Polara. So when did C-Bodies have a Tach as an option?
