I know that on my 61 Lancerwagon it didn’t have a K member and that the steering box mounted on the frame. Maybe the 1960-62 cars were not technically considered and A body yet? I haven't had much interest in the A-Body cars built before 1967 because of their styling. THis is an interesting question though.
