I installed new M/T racing tubes on Friday and drove 70/80 miles R/T to Brooklyn. When I pulled into the garage and got out of the car I noticed the rear tire was half flat work Jacked up that wheel and left. Went back in the morning and aired it up to find the leak. Finally found a small spot making bubbles so I marked it up with a yellow crayon and removed the wheel and broke it down and pulled the tube. eek I have NEVER seen this type of defect,,,,have you??

That's not a defect.
You ripped the tube. It spun on the rim.
Bead locks dont take tubes.

valve stem separated from the tube? yes I have seen that . I have fixed a lot of truck tires with tubes in them . The tube most likely spun and tore it off.

What they said. Pretty common torn off from incorrect install or caught the tire and moved

Same thing on mine exactly. Been.running tubes with no rim screws for about a year. Tire went flat. I aired it up and it didn't loose any air. On the burnout it shook BAD. After that it wouldn't hold air. Took it apart, same result as yours. Tires are now screwed to the rims.

How would a double beadlock spin on the rim?? I was under the understanding that the dbl BL was better than rim screws work
I just called M/T. The tire is a tube type tire and with the dbl beadlock the tire will not move. I'm confident the tube was installed properly but ,,,,,,,hey,,anything is possible.

I have seen it, but find it hard to believe the tire spun with double bead lock. They are just glued to the tube. I would clean the bead real well and try again. Mark the rim and tire to see if it is spinning.

If the tire didn't spin on the rim, perhaps the tire wrinkled/stretched enough on the hit to pull the tube. If the stem held, something has to give. shruggy

saw that many times back in my teenage years working part time at the tire shop that was exactly 1/4 mile from my house.
both drag racers and dirt burners. also truck tubes.
now days, i have seen that frequently on these cheap-o chinesium hand carts ! instead of a "patch" being ripped off, the tube is "bonded" to the valve stem, and the stem pulls OUT of the tube.
hard to believe something like this happens, eh ? biggrin

Need to watch the Tim McAmis video on beadlock mounting and checking. Have seen what he talks about.

You may have put the tube in upside down. They go in only one way and the other could cause this. You absolutely can use tubes with beadlock wheels. There is a correct way to install and when you get a new tube follow the directions that come with it to the letter.

I will say the tube stem went in 1st and the tube stuffed into the rim,Than with out out the ring attached the tube is inflated with baby powder, enough for a newborn to last a week laugh2
You now check the tube you watched infated to verify tube intall is smooth,,unraveled with no twists.Deflate,,,,install ring and bring to pressure.

I was taught back a lot of years ago in a service station when mounting tires with tubes to always inflate the tube so it has around 10.Lbs. of pressure and let it go completely flat at least once to get the wrinkles out of the tube before final inflation to the pressures wanted up wrench
On all the race tubes I do that at least twice to insure no wrinkles after finding one 9x30 race tube in my old stocker with bad wrinkle in it when installing new tires, luckily it didn't ruin the tube boogie

Aired up the 1st time with the BL ring off and had my hand around the whole tube checking for anything abnormal, deflated and aired up to 10 lbs.Deflated to install on the car and set it at 12 lbs. It's good now!
