Was the arm dipped before lower bushing and pin was installed, or after? I did not find any on the shafts of this set, do see the dip line is plain as day.

Thanks Scott, any idea what the green paint is for? Mine had orange and blue where adjusting screw was, I left that and am just going to dip them.

I don't know specifically, as far as I know, there is no solid-specific factory documentation calling out that detail. Likely to help sort left or right side, or possibly as an inspection mark signifying that the torsion bars have been adjusted. I've seen them on most cars that I've restored, colors vary but orange, green, and blue seem to be the most common.
