The XA wheel stamp identifies it as;
73 Nova
74 Nova
75 Nova, Camaro
Can't read the date stamp, but you should be able to.
May also fit newer than 75, but my book only covers up to 75.

I dont think they used the BFGOODRICH tire on 73-74 model years They didn't use B.F. Goodrich tires on factory installed Mopar spacesavers after 71 that I am aware of, but as stated on GM rims which that one is , they did for a few years. Looks like a 75 dated GM rim. The tire lacks the V-1 which is always on a true E-body B.F.Goodrich tire . To the second poster, yours looks like the real deal true E-body spacesaver tire/rim
