Hi. I have a 1970 Plymouth GTX. It has power disc brakes. I need a new gasket for the lid or cap. My old gasket has a hole in it. What would be the part number? I do not want to have to buy a whole new Masters cylinder.

Working on cars teaches you patience... and every curse word imaginable.

1970 Plymouth GTX -- A true gentleman's coupe, but a serious muscle machine.

pretty sure the old gasket will have a part number on it. at least I know the later years did. the part number I came up with for your car doesn`t have a hole in it. dunno for sure
so this one maybe?? https://www.ebay.com/p/NOS-Mopar-28...66-70-CHRYSLER-Dodge-Plymouth/1137440354

That’s not the right one.

I misunderstood when he said he had a hole in it. I thought he was talking about the bolt hole. that was why I was confused.

If this is a numbers car and you want original the Bendix number is what you want and you want square tip. If this is not a numbers car and you just want a gasket, 675-1207 Napa gasket. This type was used on Ford also.

Take the hyphen out of the part number and it works in the NAPA search
