If authentic- I bet the big stock rear brakes will not fit inside a 15 inch wheel so he has zero offset/back spacing on like a 14 inch wide wheel.

Back in the day,we had a local cop,that would break out a tape measure,and if the tires stuck out more than an inch,or the bumper wasn't at stock height from the ground,you were getting a ticket!

It only took 16 pairs of wheel adaptor plates to make them fit!

With a few sets of speed bumps & railroad tracks, he can 'roll' the openings for extra clearance himself.
