Mymopar.com decoder is kinda awkward, looks like:
68 GTX, 440, AT, 3.23 open, Q1 Electric Blue, blue buckets, black VT, hood "patch", 12/8/67 SPD, ordered car.
Might have the wide sill moldings. 3 under S = white side stripes.
That's not all the code info, though; some were "unknown" because the decoder doesn't line up nicely with the input info.

nicksgarage.com & drivinithome.com also have decoders.

Want to be sure... But am I right that the car has the black hood stripes and fender mounted turn signals?

No hood stripes on '68s. It was a blackout "patch", between and including the side-facing "scoops".
It's pentagon- shaped, with the front matching the contour of the front of the hood.
Most guys get that wrong and paint a rectangle.
Rear edge runs straight across.

www.performancecargraphics.com has the pattern & measurements.
If you Google "68 road runner hood blackout pattern" their site will come up.
GTX & Road Runner used the same blackout.

The '68 fender-mounted turn signals are the "bullet" type, mounted at the peak; fenders should have holes if they're original to the car.

Note the hood patch is incorrect at its front edge, as it's rectangular and doesn't follow the hood's vee shape.
The red car may be more accurate, hard to tell from that angle.
It's actually rare to find one that's been re-done correctly.
