Ordered at the beginning of March 2019 with a delivery date of 5/31/2019.

1st block was NFG because of a casting defect that did not show up until almost the end of machining. Back to square one.

2nd block got right to the end of machining and got a drill bit broken off in it, I know this is true because I could see the remnants of its removal.

Block arrived at my facility at the end of July, on budget, but behind schedule. Couple of minor issues that I took care of myself. Couple of minor issues that I let Bradshaw know about.

Bottom line is that Bradshaw delivered what he said he would at the agreed price. He has got a tough row to hoe with this deal and I wish him well.
At the moment he is the only one supplying iron blocks and I hope he can carry the torch by getting production issues worked out.

Regardless of your personal feelings for the man, He is doing the Mopar community a great service, without him we would have nothing to work with in the Hemi realm. Paul

That's a good schedule even w/ the delay! Glad it worked out!
I saw on facebook where a guy in KY just got 2 hemi blocks from them that were ordered earlier this year. Looks promising!

Paul,

That's actually not bad at all.

Just for info:

Did you purchase direct or did you go through a dealer?

thx

Just checked out their site, and the price to me doesn't seem unreasonable for what you are getting.

[/quote The defect was in the area of where the mechanical fuel pump mounts, since this is going to be an absolute stock engine it was mandatory to have all of that intact.
I would assume that someone using an electric fuel pump got an early Christmas present. Paul

HI, good for you that you got it. What is the weight of it and the bore size?

Shipping weight was 350 lbs, so I am thinking about 305-310 lbs. Bore size is roughed at 4.240, will finish at 4.250. Paul

That's not too bad. Can that same block be bored to 4.500, or is that a different casting?

Pretty sure it is the same casting for 4.5 , massively thick Siamese cylinder walls. Paul

Glad your block came in! I almost ordered one from him but got gun shy after seeing all of the bad press on him over the years. Ended up buying a mega block from Matt Hensley instead. I was just at Nickens brothers last week. Looks like they are still busy, and had some very high end builds going on. Keep us updated as I may still buy one of the bulldog blocks as a spare.

This guy on Fakebook says it took 3 months to get his. Not a ton of info otherwise...he states 572, I'm sure it's probably a typical 4.5x4.5.

Lets see if these links work.

Probably not but I'll try.

Hmm. Well, the picture links do work for me.

Good luck to those who are chasing this.

I hope Bulldog can keep it together, as almost everything out of the Chrysler camp seems to be bad news lately.

One of the local builders I do heads for is going to be putting together a Hemi street motor.
526”, and it’s going to be built around the Bulldog block.

It was ordered roughly 8 weeks ago, and was delivered this week.
It hasn’t gotten scrutinized very hard yet, but nothing obviously “wrong” with it has been discovered to this point.

Pump gas, hyd roller, the MP/Ede heads.
I’m not sure what the plan is for induction.
