Anybody have a picture of where the two rubber coated feet mount to the "Shaker" breather base? They are supposed to rest on the valve covers. Are they welded on or bolted on? Thanks for any help.

The feet are tack welded to the bottom of the baseplate.
IIRC there are 2 tiny impressions for you to weld at.
Once welded drop baseplase and lower the 2 piece bracket down so they touch the valve covers then tighten up the nut.
