This is pretty cool. Lots of history. That interior, wow! and it started life as a 440-6 R/T.

Nice car but that interior would gag a maggot.

I have been looking at it on ebay. I wonder if it still has torsion bars and whether the front aprons are under the sheet metal in the engine compartment. It looks like the front core support is gone. The back half doesn't bother me- this is one of my few paths to a v code car.

As for the interior, I love period correct cars and preserving history but I could not handle it. I would keep and store the stuff- for someone else

Could be possible that a perfect set of door panels and dash pad are hiding under the glues on upholstery.

Did you notice the 71 factory cassette player mounted on the console? Gotta listen to your mix tape!

Whoever picked that interior design, is cranking out some serious Wham music on that cassette player!

Have to check the numbers but obviously the vin tag came off for the "awesome" orange velour. I looked at the up close pics of the roll cage welds. Not sure it would cert but I have seen way worse- what are you seeing that I am missing? With documentation from the 80's I feel less scared of this car than many others.

What would you do with the car if you got it? Pretty cool period piece but it also started life as a Mr Norms 440-6 Challenger R/T. Is there a fender tag or buildsheet? Would be cool to see a photo of it when he picked it up in 1982 before it was built.
