topside Too Many Posts Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 20,748 A collage of whims	Kind of depends on what you're starting with. 20 or so years ago, decent (non-rusty) ones could be cleaned up with 0000 steel wool, and a semi-gloss rattle can like Krylon. Masking the spokes is a bit time-consuming, but they came out just fine.
