Looking for users experiences with T&D rockers on Edelbrock BB Victor heads. My application would be street & strip with a .650"-ish solid roller and open spring load of 600+ #s.

I'll probably have more specific questions if I get some replies. Thanks - Brad

The T&D rockers that I have on my Trickflow 270 heads work great. They are accurate on the ratio, line up properly side to side, have high quality components and the scrub pattern looks excellent.

I do not have any experience with the Victor heads though so I guess I haven't really answered your question....

I have used both common shaft and individual shaft T&D's on Victor heads. If you will be using lash caps both need to be adjusted for shaft height. For the cost difference I prefer the individual shaft set up. For set up purposes they are less agravation.

No problem. How have they worked out?

Found a pic someone else posted years ago of the MW version (.725 intake offset vs .650).

looks like photo from my original MW victors? I had Crower Ti Retainers on the springs.
I don't recall any issues with the rockers. Because I used +0.100" retainers, I think the retainer may have touched the inside of the rocker when the valve was closed. I used lash caps to get a bit of clearance.
I never measured the stock rocker stand height on the heads, and after having the issues with the stand cracking I just milled off the stands and used the max wedge type rocker shaft blocks. That allowed adjusting the stand height too in the amount the stands and blocks were machined.
I haven't seen the pared rocker shaft setup? It sounds nice, but I don't know how it is oiled?

T&D single shaft rockers are limited to 1.550 diameter valve spring. I know guys clearance them or use other means of fitting them. Spend the money on the individual shaft versions. You won't regret it.

UNLESS YOU USE B3's geometry correction locators that move the rockers up & back from the valves.

I forgot to mention on the standard shaft setup, T&D uses a slightly smaller diameter shaft that is really thick walled. The #2, #3, and #4 stud hold downs are machined smaller where they align with the rocker shafts oil hole. A solid stud may cut off oil in the rocker shaft. As mentioned, if going high lift, stiff springs, the paired shaft setup is likely a stronger and more stable setup.
