Is there a replacement coil that is "better" than the others? The stock 6.1 coil supersedes to the hellcat coil . What about the aftermarket "performance" coils ? How about generic stock replacements?
Any and all input is welcome. Thanks
probably should have added this is 12.5 compression N/A on E85 ... race only

Josh has stock coils on his engine boosted. I don't know if the aftermarket ecu adds any output.

Stock coils are some of the best out there. MSD are junk.

You did the right thing. I buy clean used Mopar coils before I do aftermarket. The Mopar coils seem to go and go quite a long time...

I'm making close to 690hp at the wheels useing stock coils, the guy who built my motor(ric3xrt) is making 740hp to the wheels in his solar yellow GTx ,with S.O.S coils , 720hp in the Purple GTx with stock coils.
I know he's done some dyno testing MSD vs 09, Vs 6.1s vs Accel and SOS , stockers and S.O.S made a few HP more then MSD. ACCEL were about the same as the stockers maybe a Hp off, I'd have to ask him..he's hard to get ahold of now adays.
