Ok, so wipers used to work and just not park.
Now they don't work at all ( I hear no clicking , or motor trying to move etc.. )
I tested power to the switch and I get power.

What else can I do to diagnose if it is the switch ( or motor, or ground issue?? )
Anyone have a working replacement , or rebuild and test them?
Part # is 3488764

Thank you

Didn't think the FMS would go into that much detail on switch diagnosis.
Thanks for the link TJP. up
Will have to download when I get home.

It's a 70 Challenger with a 72-74 ( can't remember the exact year ) 3 speed wiper switch and motor set up.

So I tested continuity of the switch based on the FSM chart, and everything seems to check out ok.
Moving on to checking the ground on the motor, and I think they have a test for the motor as well.

Thanks for the guidance.

Verify you have a 3sp switch the symptoms of using a 2sp switch on a 3sp motor is incorrect park and intermit or not running.
Check all the grounds and make sure the switch is grounded to the chassis, run a wire from the switch to the chassis that sometimes will fix everything. Use the FSM too check the motor when it's not connected to the bulkhead connector that will verify the motor is good or bad. If the motor is good check the wiring from the bulkhead to the switch for continuity.
If you have the 70 challenger wiring harness and it had a variable switch in it the wiring will be different and will not support the 3sp switch unless you take the connector apart and rewire it directly to the switch. I'm not sure if the 70 challenger 2sp switch wiring will support the 3sp switch. If this doesn't help PM me
