I have a steel deck open car trailer. Just bought a pit scooter. Due to mobility issues i cant put it in the bed of a pickup( plus its too heavy) and not enough room in front of the car on the trailer to put it there Just wondering if there is such a thing as a removable chock/ bracket i could mount on the back of the trailer to put scooter on...... at the tail end of the beaver tail in other words..... on the back of the trailer Thanks in advance

Got a picture Mike?
I bought a really nice running honda trail 70 knockoff last week. Runs like a top. Problem is, with my hip i have problems straddling it. I wanted a little Yamaha Razz like i used to have. That was light enough to toss in the truck on its side, slide it out and use.... but i bought this Maybe i will swap/ trade it for a razz..... but the thing is so cool.... lol

I also hauled my 14' boat on there.. most of the time I haul my tractor on that trailer and a few times I had my boat behind the tractor(2 trailers in line) EDIT Don if you do go this route you can buy the 2x2 stubs from a trailer place or from a steel shop.. you have to make sure that the tubing has a 1/4" ID radius so it fits any trailer coupler.. it is sorta odd ball for that piece.. thats why I tend to get it from a trailer shop

Don.. what is shown here is close to what I built.. just a bit simpler.. I had to lift my little bike thing up onto the trailer then strap it in place.. I was gonna make a ramp set up but never did.. it was just gonna hinge at one end but I only had to lift it about 8"

If you put your bit bike on the back end of your trailer you might not have enough tongue weight and that would cause your trailer to sway , Not a very fun ride with a car and bike on behind you. Bike weighs 200 pounds. Doubt that would make any issue. That said, that hitch Mr P body showed me says not to be installed behind a pull behind trailer. So it pretty much has to go on the tongue

Don that hitch that I built was about 40# and it didnt change the tongue weight.. I watch the tongue weight closely but I dont know how far back your car is but you could just set the bike on back there to check it

when I haul my pit bike I set the car about a foot rearward and have a chock at the front of the deck and put the bike there to keep the tongue weight in check. this is with an E-body on an 18' deck. I'll try and get a pic tomorrow
