Aren't turn signals and hazards on different flashers?

swap the (2) flasher cans & see if the open follows it. From the connectors behind the drivers side kick panel the circuits are the same rearward from there (large filament(s) in the 1157 taillight bulbs) so work upstream from there if the flasher can ain't it.

The two flashers are located;one next to fuse box and the other is behind the ashtray.
The blue wires behind the kick panel that are disconnected go to the key buzzer either/or seatbelt buzzer. Ignore unless you like listening to the most annoying sound in the world..

take those buzzer units and make up two [very] long jumper leads. use this "test" instrument for chasing wiring issues. works great !
