Hey everyone. I picked up a set of black wrinkle Mopar performance hemi valve covers but Mopar doesn’t sell the breathers anymore and the KB ones that look identical to the Mopar ones I can’t find anywhere. Does anyone have a set they’d like to sell? Or point me in the right direction to a set. Thanks

How about Moon.

Might have to get a hole or two welded up to get the mounting correct.

"Breather": eye candy that sprays blow-by fumes all over the engine compartment.

Is this a street car?

Amazon says they have them

but that ship date scares me. I do see them on ebay and racing junk occasionally though,

Are you saying you bought the stock style stamp steel covers or the cast aluminum covers?
Do you want push on breather caps or the other bolt on type?

I'm running these C-7197 blow-down breathers from Good Vibrations Motorsports. See: https://goodvibesracing.com/Burndown_Tubes.htm#1.25

They are taller than I expected. I connected some high-temp reinforced clear tubing with Oetiker Clamps to the outlets and ran both tubes to a Moroso air/oil separator.

Works for me ....

Thanks for the feedback on the breathers. Those ones from good vibrations will work so I’ll check them out thanks. The valve covers I have are the black wrinkle ones that say Mopar Hemi on them and take that style breather on them. I was actually looking for the ones Mopar is supposed to sell for those valve covers. They have the Pentastar on them. The motor is more for racing it’s a 478 Hemi it made 827@7700hp. It’s in a 69 charger with a G101A transmission in it and a twin disc advanced clutch. I haven’t raced it yet. I’m thinking of getting a vacuum pump for it so I guess if I went that route I’d have to block those breather holes off wouldn’t I? Thanks for all the help.
