Is it my old eyes or is the drivers side of the front bumper pushed up compared to passenger side?

I see it has the death flash. Curious why the headlights are swapped too.

Hood gap doesn't match left to right also.

I've known a few dealers that would take something off the new car lot and stash it away in a back building. Sometimes something obvious like a Lil Red, sometimes something more generic like a Dart. Every few years they briefly see the light of day with a dealer tag and then back to the stash. A few decades later and you get this.

75 Charger SE - 440/4, cop suspension
76 Daytona - survivor
76 Daytona - tweaked
77 PW - macho clone, sno-commander, frankenram
79 RC - this was your fathers 4x4
79 LRE - More fun than it looks

Nothing I see that would have been any different than when it was new. And I would bet the color played a big part in why it was put back when new.

I bought a 2000 Ram 2500 brand new And I paid nearly 25k back then ( sold it 2013,,,,and in all honesty sure wish I still had it )

Would love to know the reserve on it. I like it. But is probably more then I'm willing to spend on it

The gaps and bumper look like mine did from day one. There wasn't a gap that was equal or even close to equal anywhere on my truck.

Magnums started sucking oil into the intake through the gasket at the bottom of the beer barrel intake. The quick fix was to retard the timing to stop the detonation.

If I remember correctly.

I bought a new 2000 4x4 Laramie SLT in 1999 and the gaps looked exactly like this one. The plastic bumper cover and hood/fender alignment is the exact same. I loved that truck until an idiot woman decided to let ducklings cross at a green light but didn't have her foot on the brake when I came around the corner! mad It was cool what my left front wheel did to the back window of her Honduh after I climbed her trunk... eek

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

I vaguely remember that, but I'm thinking it was with earlier Magnums. By 2000 the Magnum was almost 10 yrs old (I can't remember when they first came out).

I wonder if it is the truck that was just at Mecum Indy....it sold for $22,550?

https://www.mecum.com/lots/SC0519-368902/2000-dodge-ram-pickup/

Not a lot of info from Mecum, but I got to admit it caught my eye. If it were red or bright blue I would have had to give that some serious thought work

It turned my 1999 360, 3.91 sure grip, 31” tire shredding Durango into a turd.

How many low mile yellow dodges can there be?

I picked up the story off of Yahoo which had a link to the ebay listing. I didn't know about it selling at Mecum.

Bang on.

The Off-Roads especially have a gap on the Passenger side bumper, mine does and so did a Fellow I worked with.
