What are the difference in the ac vents of the 1970 thru 1974 ebody.? I do see that there is some small differences in them, but is the size and fit the same?

Hope someone can give a little feed back

difference is the width of the chrome edge on the vent . 1970 is slightly wider than 71-74

The early passenger-side vents also had the little lever and door that could be opened or closed to control the amount of air flowing through. I think that was used for all of 70 and maybe some of 71, gone for 72-74.

Thanks for all the great info on the ac vents. I have a friend in our car club that is shopping for a set of vents for the passengers side of his Challenger and just wanted to know the differences so as to get a matching set. If anyone has a lead on a nice set that would be good as well.

Yours truly,
