Wiring up an electric fan with relay and connected all the wires except for the "yellow" which calls for connecting to ignition. I like to run my fan whenever I want. What do I do with the "yellow"?

Run it through a toggle switch if that is the one that activates the fans.

depends on how the relay is wired. I have some relays that the yellow wire is the output. my other relays the yellow is the trigger. if its the trigger than hook it to the toggle switch
