Just grab a 6.4 SRT engine and bolt it in, sell your 5.7 engine to recover some of the cost. They are underated at 485 HP already and your truck intake bolts on and is better than the 6.4 SRT intake. It will look totally stock under the hood if you paint the block black, the only way an emmisions inspector will know is if he is well versed in Hemi speak. The later 6.4 SRT uses the BGE block and is just a tad different on the outside of the block, the earlier ones are very hard to tell the difference. You can find them fairly easy around $5000 and sell yours for $1500-$2000 and well you see where I am going with this... I doubt your going to get much of a supercharger for $3500

Do not let the 485 rating steer you away, it will make your truck boogie.

If you mean a 6.4 SRT crate engine then yes, I don't know what a long block costs these days but it might not be as bad as you think. I would not think the Mopar Performance crate engine would be built to be friendly with a stock confuser like the SRT replacement engine would. If it were mine I would just buy a low miles take out engine from fleabay.
