I have a 400 B Block with a 4.15 stroke and need to get a windage tray.
Has anyone used the one piece molded gasket windage tray?
Summit has these but I'm concerned with it not being a steel tray.
Are these any good?

Can't answer that question but when I had my 400-512 I just used the MP windage tray and 2 Fel-Pro gaskets

There are quite a few threads about them if you use the search function. The general opinion was they are a nice idea but when you use them with a stock type pan they leak but if you use them with a flat rail pan they don't leak. There was a post with a guy using one with a stroker and no problem

I have one from Jegs on my 505" 440 stroker (4.25" stroke), using the 4.15" tray. I wish they had a tray specific for the 4.25" stroke as the 4.15" stroke tray get really close to the rods.
My engine uses the Mopar Performance 6-Quart "Hemi" oil pan, and it sealed up great, with no sealers needed (I did put a small amount of RTV where the timing chain cover and rear seal retainer come together.)
The oil return slots seemed a bit small, so I used a opened them up a bit. I don't have any before/after dyno tests to know it it works as well as a stock windage tray, but if did seal really well for me.
I am using one on the 505" stroker we are building for a friend. It has (I think) the 4-quart Summit Racing sum-g3543 aftermarket oil pan. We will see if it leaks. I want to change it out to a 6-quart pan.
When I was typing this above, I searched summit because that is where I think my friend got the oil pan, but now seeing it is only 4-Quart (I thought it was 5-Quart), I'm thinking we will need more oil capacity?

If your not using the BB Chevy rod journal sizes and Chevy type steel rods and you are using the stock type Mopar rods you may have a problem with the block clearances and the stock type windage tray clearing each other
Assembled carefully and inspect to make sure, grind as need for clearances

Not sure of the difference, but the 505 stroker we are doing now seems to have slightly more clearance than my old 505. Only difference is H-Beam Rods vs. I-Beam Rods?
On my 400 block stroked to 500", windage tray clearance was easy because I'm using a main cap girdle which lowers the windage tray the thickness of the girdle.

I have Scat H-beam rods. The crank is 4.15 stroke and rod length is 6.76 and I haven't compared the rod end to a stock Mopar rod.
So I'm not sure if a 4.15 windage tray will clear or if I should go to a steel 4.25 tray.

I'm going to assume your rods are stock Mopar diameter, 2.375 O.D., if so install all the rods and pistons with no rings and then install the windage tray only with one pan gasket between the block and tray and see if it clears If it clears your good
If it doesn't add another or two stock oil pan gaskets to make it clear
Please let us know what you find, I used a 4.150 stroke crank and Mopar size forged steel I beam Hemi type rods in a 413 engine for myself last year and I don't think it hit with one molded plastic gasket (CRS ) like your asking about

The motor is running and in the car so it is already assembled.
I guess it will be trial and error at this point. I was hoping to use one of these trays so i didn't have to try and mess around with 2 gaskets and a tray.
A one piece deal seems like it would be easier to install while in the car.
Some times the easy way is not the best way.
