It's on a 1970 Plymouth Satellite but it's not the original colour , I just need to match the colour what's on there which I think is B5

You can search on the Resto forum to get additional info on telling the difference between the codes.

It might look like B5 but could be something else, or from a different year. Similar colors were even offered at Maaco & Earl Scheib.
Add to that there are variances within a system, and at least 4 different major paint companies, each with their own internal code for B5.
Your painter should have a jobber that can determine the color with whatever system he's using to help narrow it down.
He or the jobber should also have sample books that might have something close enough to be tintable or blendable if you're using a basecoat/clearcoat system.

Thank you. That car inspired my screen name. It was a 1974 with 70/71 taillights, grille, hood and bumpers. It started as a 225/904, I converted it to a 360/4 speed/8.75 with 3.55 gears. I do miss the car....It went to South Dakota.

Great looking job. Most people don't have the slightest idea how much work is involved in doing what you did.

I love the smell of Deer guts in the morning, it smells like... VICTORY!

I see guys on these forums doing some unreal stuff...Full floor pans, quarters, cowl panels, etc. I have never taken a car down that far. I've done quarter skins, partial roof skins, floor pan patches but not all on the same car.
I simply patched in and replaced a taillight panel and did some bodywork. The car was really solid to begin with. It was sun baked from Redding CA without a single bit of rust.

I thought that looked like a later Duster in the Before picture. Then I see earlier looking items on the front and rear of the finished product. Nice improvement !
