just put caltracs on my car with split monoleaf had stock leaf springs clamped with sliders and it hooked pretty good. they have a place here that they run on the straight away of a road race track. so there's no prep at all. with the stock spings I could just jump it out and flat foot it and it would go. it would do that anywhere . I took the car out last night and road around and got on it a couple times and it was just blowing the tire's I.have the caltracs set just touching no preload. shocks set the same as before pretty much 9 clicks out of 18. 69 satelite 472 13X31 quick time pros. I'm going to call calvert tomorrow. what would you set the caltracs loose or preload

Use what you have as a baseline and test from there. How much front end travel do you have, they would like 5 to 6 inches. Are you bias or radial??

it has easy 5 plus travel and bias tires. calvert told me try 1/4 turn preload both sides and tighten the shocks. I guess I will see

That helped a ton on my Roadrunner.

One flat of pre-load and my shocks are on 8 of 9 toward stiff.
