What is the correct hardware from the carburetor stud on up to mount the base plate and air filter assy to the carburetor..I never really had the correct stuff..just got away with a threaded rod and 2 wing nuts

The one I have for my 71 340 shaker set up is 6 1/16" in length and I bought it from Bill Rolik Enterprises.

I see the rod has a smooth shank and i see there is a washer under the 1 wing nut...I always had 2 wing nuts, 1 to hold the base plate down 1st. but then again this was the same since I bought the car in 1977. Thanks

The parts I have shown in my photos are what were on the car when I purchased it 6/1972. It is possible they were changed by the original owner before I got the car. I believe I changed the factory air filter when I first got it. Thanks.
