I searched the usually suspects, unless I'm missing it where can I purchase repro 70 E body racing mirror glass (L&R)?, Resto Rick no longer has it, and no I don't want to have a local glass company cut it, and I don't need date coded stuff, just clean replacement mirror....anyone?

TIA
Mike

If you are replacing a scratched one. Any competent glass person can cut you a new one using the old one as a template. I had it done.

Fit like a glove, I ordered a drivers side from them.

As for getting glass cut from a local shop, remember that side mirror glass is not opaque and allows some light to transfer through the mirror. This helps keep reflection down a bit during night driving.

Looks like the drivers side is about the only offering to fit the 70 only racing mirrors, nothing for the passenger side, I'll give it a shot,

Thanks.
Mike

Try calling him, he had both when I last checked, but had dimensions messed up on the web page, good luck

Kinda late now, I was searching Ebay, I ended up buying 2 new repro passenger side racing mirrors for $180 pr, the glass if he had it would of cost me $66 to do the 2 OEM passenger mirrors I have... I did purchase a replacement glass for the driver's side though, if it fits, I'll order another

Thanks
Mike
