Looking for some help in ID’ing a distributor (one on the left). The one on the left has a W1218 printed on the side of it but a google search turns up nothing. I believe it is an MSD but didn’t know if it was an small block or big block. I think there is only a 1/8” difference between the two in the length under the mount. Any help with an actual part number would be great. Just looking to see what it is worth.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

440Source used to sell a distributor that looked like that. They actually worked okay, just really ugly. I think there is an HEI setup inside that hump on the side. I think Davis ( DUI ) did something similar for other brands.........using HEI parts. They may have done MoPar too , which wouldn't surprise me any more than a design being appropriated by a Chinese operation.

That's not a DUI distributor, at least not the type I've seen. Those DUI hei distributors nearly need a hole in the hood to clear them. Absolutely the ugliest distributor made for a mopar.

To answer the OP's question, $35-40 on ebay if you pay the shipping.
