any one know off a good gas fuel resistant spray paint or clear doing a old holley carb need some good paint I don't care if it has to cure for a week thanks

I'm with JCC on this one. I personally have never seen/tested a single-component spray paint that will withstand gasoline more than just a splash here & there.
2-component epoxy has the best chemical resistance, but will discolor (yellow typically) from sunlight exposure over time.
2-component urethane has the 2nd best chemical resistance & is very light stable as long as you have a MDI (aliphatic) isocyanate component.
