Well.......when there is a price increase, which it seems there probably is by a couple hundred dollars maybe, in the past They killed the backorders, adjusted the price up, and started over.
While I don't agree with this business practice I've seen it enough to believe this Would be worth a phone call to investigate.

Seems like an odd coincidence that they’re showing 10 available on the bag, and ships within 24hrs on the Jegs site....... and now two guys get notifications their orders have been cancelled.
My guess is, the price went up and they can’t/won’t honor whatever the price was when the original order was placed.
To the guys who got the cancellation notice, I’d just make a cold call and order one, without any mention of the backorder........ see what happens.
I’d make that call from a different phone than I normally use, to make sure the number isn’t connected to the backorder.
If you’re not willing to call and see if they have any or not........ you don’t want one very bad.

As of 9pm last night the Jegs site showed “ ships within 24hrs”, and there was an eBay ad with 10 available.
As of this morning, the eBay ad is gone, and Jegs shows “unknown availability from manufacturer”.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they had ten, and they’re now gone.

MP stuff has always been either 3x the price you can get it from the real supplier/vendor, piss poor quality or on intergalactic backorder. Sometimes all three!

I wouldn't count on them being available. I have had the 4.25 bore block on backorder with Jegs for months, and just this morning I got an email from them saying they were canceling my order.
