Who here is running one of these kits? I'm interested to see if it will work with a 15x10 drag style wheel.

What wheel?

What backspacing?

I can pick the wheel based on what will fit the brakes. I imagine 15x10 5.5" BS. I want to run a 10.5" slick. I'm completely open to both of your experiences.

If you haven't purchased the wheels yet then I'd suggest using a 17 inch rim. There are a lot of drag radials and slicks for 17 inch rims. If you need a 15 inch rim for some reason then you'll just have to be very careful on the backspacing and/or the type of wheel. My 15 inch Centerlines wouldn't fit but they had a little more than the usual amount of backspacing. In my case the wheel was deep enough that it got to the back of the caliper and interfered with the banjo bolt or the other fitting. I don't recall which exactly but it wouldn't fit and there was no easy solution.

I've seen the 17" wheels work on the LX platforms even in a DR style tire. I've seen 1.9 sixty foots but the truth of it is that for me, I just want to maintain some of the vintage look that I had before going to 18's. I wouldn't mind a 17" front runner to clear the 14" fronts but I'd like a 15" to actually have a sidewall. Plus, its a 4 speed so I'd like a stiff wall 26x10.5-15.

15" Weld wheels will not clear the caliper.

I test fit a 15 x 10" Center-Line Warrior wheel with 5" of back-spacing. I assume an equivalent Auto-Drag wheel will also clear. You will run into clearance problems if your wheels have much more backspacing.

That looks great. I was hoping to get a set of those on the car without spacers. It would need to be like an ET 6 to clear without the spacers.

I wish these rims came in a negative offset but +15 is as low as it goes
