Appears to be missing the dimension for the depth of the .938-sized hole...the way I'm reading it is there's a step between .938 and .875, right?
I guess one could just measure the width of the pilot bearing for that dimension.

Being honest, I'd just drill the 0.875" hole and use the later Dakota roller bearing and not the older bushing. Assuming you have the later larger crank register.

The depth of the step is 8.125" from the face of the bell, .875 bushing length.

Here's what I'm seeing from the blueprint:
a. Hole depth = minimum 2.225" from outer ring on crank flange (go slightly deeper)
b. Hole diameter is 0.938"
c. Trans input shaft diameter (& crank bushing I.D.) = 0.875"


70 Roadrunner convt. street car 440+6, NOS, 4-spd, SS springs '96 Mustang GT convt. street car '04 4.6 SOHC, NOS, auto, lowered "Officer, that button is for short on-ramps"

I measure from the face where the bushing is pressed in and I get 1.750 depth
