The "drilled" is in almost all cases, including yours, a big no no, slotted does have some upsides. I don't see how either improves any potential warping issues
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question. They say there is always the exception that proves the rule. Don't be the exception.

I warped a set of Power Stops. It took 5 years, but I still managed. They must use virgin steel or some kind of coating because 5 years later, the rotor hats still showed no signs of rusting.
Drilling/Slotting is overkill for most street cars. As stated above, slotting has some mild benefit, but only in more heavy duty applications. Slotting does keep pad glazing to an absolute minimum.

You'd have to absolutely try to melt the rotors to warp them; it's the uneven transference of pad material that causes that sensation. The "real" guys - road racers - that I'm seeing at the track use slotted rotors, not drilled. The slots help with the off-gassing & transfer of pad material. i agree about the pad material transfer. i know i'm not the average guy, as i turn my own rotors. it takes a long time to get the "warped" sensation, but when chucked up in my lathe, there is usually no more than a couple thou wear from new [i always record the new, out of the box, thickness]. after a .003 cut, back on they go for many, many more miles. having a lathe at home is great ! [getting to it is another matter, however. ]
