I am hooking a HP up now for my 6.1
It came highly recommended from one of the guys at Blueprint engines a while back.
The Holley system seems a bit pricey with all the harnesses.

I used a Holley Dominator EFI with dual 1150 CFM 4150 type throttle bodies on a gen 2 pump gas street Hemi 572 C.I. for a local street show and drive 1970 Challenger, I was told by Rich at Fastamn EFI that unit was capable of being used in the future for a boosted application, if the customer wanted to do that. Can you say twin turbos devil
Not so on the other Holley EFI units last year when I bought it work
Sometimes it pays to buy more than you need just in case up twocents

use the HP at work for many boosted/NA combos at work. Unless you need drive-by-wire or a ton of I/O, the HP should work well.

I was sold on the HP as well as it would support a SC which I may do in the future.

Another option is megasquirt ms3 gold, around 1300 for everything including the harness/ecu and fully tune able for boost.

The EFI Source MS3 Gold Box is a good value, a friend bought a car from a member here that had that setup. He did have an issue with the coil driver and EFI source was quick to help diagnose and test to help him find the issue.

I went with the Dominator because it has a lot more parameters that can be tuned. I can use the drive by wire from my donor car and my automatic trans can be tuned with it also. Both are good products and user friendly.

I sell and support the Holley EFI products and I'm Holley certified. I also teach classes and offer a fairly inexpensive ($75) online course that has been a lot of help for people starting out with Holley. I sell the HP as a kit with all the harnesses, etc. included. The Dominator is ala-cart. The HP is the same internal ECU as the Dominator with the same software. The Dominator adds: much more I/O, DBW, dual wideband support, and auto transmission control. If you're a racer get the Dominator because all the extra I/O means you don't have to buy a separate data logger. Call me with questions.

I have Holley HP on my turbocharged 5.7 Eagle hemi. 2.5 years so far, 22k miles, two Drag Weeks, etc. Not a single hiccup. Running mid 10s in a 4000 lb Jeep.

Haven't see you post here in a while, saw the live feed and looked like the jeep was running pretty good. thumbs

Thanks! She was running pretty good considering the mediocre weather. I was being pretty soft on the launches because of how far away from home I was. Hopefully get a chance in the coming weeks to see what it'll run all-out.
