Solid day! way to go AJ. When the guy in the other lane punches out with a .015 (I think thats about where Line was), you gotta just tip your hat. AJ did get fairly lucky in the Semi's though. While AJ had his hands full with a loose Mopar, it appeared Stanfield had it won, then appeared to miss a gear up top and AJ came roaring past?? Way to stick with it, Alan! They never did tell us what happened to Stanfield (??)

If you look at his RT's he was very consistent. .046 .046 .051 .046 I'd have to go with clutch settings?
I agree Chris, Be it clutch or driver, he has been beat on R/T many times last few seasons and now again this year. I'm a big fan of the guy, but he is a bit late with Jeg, Line, or any of the other lightning quick R/T drivers.
I know it's not what you like to hear, but maybe it's time to put a different driver in the seat.
Snap your neck, mega G-force launch, is all I want!

I would think that if the driver can be that consistant then you could make adjustments to the car to fit the driver

that last run was especially impressive considering how krappy the left lane was.
for what is the good life if not doing things thoughtfully?
