Dallasdart OP member D Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 189 Plano, Texas	Does anyone do this? I have a 360 with eddy heads and eddy valve covers and the covers hit the RPM intake at the runners. Either I grind the intake or double up the gaskets. any input would help 72 Dart Swinger 360 Project

closer9 top fuel Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 2,190 SW MO	I put MP aluminum covers on my 318 with a Performer intake. I just ground the areas that rubbed with a Dremel, and all is well... mrpatel member M Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 102 Niagara, Ontario Canada	I did on my motor for rocker arm clearance. Glued them together with yellow aka "gorilia snot" or weather striping adhesive. Works fine with no leaks.

The shop that built my motor had to use 2 gaskets (cork) so the valve cover would clear the intake. Also they put studs in the heads instead of using bolts. Sounds like an inherent problem with eddy heads.
