Put it on an alignment machine and play with ride height. Big changes in camber. Our cars have a pretty aggressive camber gain under compression.

First as mentioned by AndyF, no matter what car, what set up. None of them should be allowed to run out of suspension travel on the compression.

As for the tip making a clean spot on the frame, that is not bottomed out.

A K2500 Chevrolet truck comes from the factory with the bump stop touching at normal ride height.
