So about 25 years ago I bought a set of super stock springs along with the extended spring hangers for my 69 Coronet, and I always noticed that the rear end seems like it's a tad biased towards the front of the wheel well (maybe 3/4"). A few weeks ago by accident I noticed somewhere that Plymouth and Dodge hangers are different?? Anyone have the dimensions? Maybe I have a set of Plymouth ones???
Thanks for any info.

I pretty sure that the Plymouth B-body front hangers are 1" shorter in length then the Dodge ones are.

Having the dimensions would be nice. I want to shift the axle back about an inch in my Cuda and would rather use a longer hanger. But no dimensions I have found

the difference for the hangers on my 67 dodge is about .65" between the dodge and plym...
i accidentally ordered and installed the plym hangers on my car shruggy
whoops

the rear shackle angle is just slightly angled to the rear instead of a nice 45* angle, i'm hoping the SS springs will settle some and the angle will get a little better...and i'll just run it.

you might see about spacing the rear shackles forward a bit off of the frame with some thin flat plate(s) to get a little bit more angle

Angled toward the front of car or toward the bumper? No way should they be foward. Straight down or back only.

it's towards the bumper. it's acceptable according to the old MP chassis stuff in the archives here.

Then it's good, the other way has the posibility to go over center and up into the floor.

A '69 Dodge B body would use my AR099 spring hanger which is 5.20 inches from the center of the eye bolt to the frame. You might have a Ply hanger on there which is roughly 3/4 inch shorter.

I don't think Mopar Peformance was ever super clear on this stuff. At least I never saw a chart published anywhere.
