I have a set of wheels but none of my references has info on '60's wheels in that size. The pictures tell the story. What you can't see is the faint "JK" after the "14X6" stamping. The only numbers near the valve stem are a 6 on the left and a 0 on the right. The "H" has a tiny "9" between the goal posts. The "831" might be the lasts 3 digits of a part number shruggy Bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5".

"831" is the hoop design/configuration number

it appears there is more info stamped by the valve stem scope may require paint removal T? 6 -o- 20 shruggy

14x6.0" wheels were STANDARD for the '70/'71 model year performance badged cars - I believe that wheel design was specific to LA built Mopars

That is for a 1968 C-body. Since it has only the 6 0 and no dates. 1970-71 had 4 nubs for hubcaps.

Agreed - it's either a 68 or 9 wheel. 1970 & later did not have the bumps in-between the lug holes like this wheel. Here's a 14x5.5" 68-9 wheel from my website - look at the style of the spider (center part of the wheel): http://www.classicchambered.com/rims/14X55.jpg

Thanks for all the replies.
There are no other stamping marks on the wheels, and I've looked over all 4 in bright light. I did search online first and found reference to the 5.5's but not the 6" wheels.
