I’m redoing my fuel system. I’m going back to my 1/2” stainless feed and return lines.

I’d like to go from my corvette regulator by the tank to a bypass and boost referenced regulator on the firewall.

What are you running for the FPR, attachment to 6.1 rails and a filter combo?

I’m running a tanks inc tank with a 460lph pump.

Hey Alex!

I run a Walbro 255 lph pump from inside the fuel cell to a 10 micron to 100 micon filters through PTFE lined -8AN stainless braided XRP crimped hose (close to 1/2") to a check valve at the firewall to a -8AN tee to my Fore Innovations billet fuel rails. I use an Aeromotive 13129 EFI regulator mounted with a -8 ORB fitting on the front passenger rail itself. Both fuel rails loop together in front and the return from the bottom of the regulator runs all the way back to the fuel cell.

There are XRP fittings available that convert hard line to AN, although they are only 50 psi maximum. That's why I went with full stainless braid for ease of installation.

Hope that helps!

That’s what I was looking for.

Do you have pictures of the regulator?

Hi Alex. I would keep anything fuel related off the firewall, so if you decide to take it to the track it will not be a issue.

Gotcha.

This may be the tipping point where I spring for new fuel rails to help have a mounting point.
