Hi having trouble with my air grabber setup on 1970 roadrunner only opens when you help it by hand could it be the canister or something i overlooked

Run a test vacuum hose direct from the vacuum fitting on the intake manifold, to the door actuator itself, and then see how well it opens, eliminating the switch, and vacuum canister, and all the hoses.

Hemi71x has a good point. It opens by vacuum, so start measuring you vacuum at the hoses & move back towards the switch. Switches often leak, fyi.....hoses can leak, canister can leak, actuator can leak.
