At this point I'm guessing Ma Mopar never offered a clutch fan in a bigblock Dart. Tried installing one, no way no how.

Yes there were clutch fans for big block A-Body's, no you cannot find a correct one. The normal non clutch fan has a .70 spacer which is equally hard to find.
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

I was on a hunt last year for this spacer as I thought I got one years ago, but could not locate in my stash. After looking at what seemed like a few hundred at Carlisle, finally found.

Isn't there a short one for a Jaguar application? The "direct-drive" fan on mine is actually too efficient at speed; thinking about getting another with fewer blades (car is not a resto), or a clutch style. The Jaguar part will work but the 2947 is a better option. Jags had a plastic fan. The 2947 is designed to replace the original Mopar part. I think the 2947 is designed specifically for the '62 - '65 applications that had very little water pump to radiator clearance.

Works perfect, but I still had to move the tank saddles rearward on my stock radiator 1/2".
