I'd like to put some kind of 2 step on my bracket car in order to launch it off of the transbrake.

Right now, I run stock Chrysler ignition. Can I wire up an MSD soft touch rev control (#8728) to the transbrake button (with a 3,000 rpm chip) or am I going to have to buy a whole new ignition system with an integrated 2 step?

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the advice -

Would you just tie the power wire into the switched side of the transbrake switch or would you use a relay?

I wired it up per their diagram.. worked great
EDIT
After a couple of years I changed the 2 step and
went to a 3 step.. used their diagram again on the
3 step
